Once we perfected our chocolate goat milk fudge, it was clear that we needed to make a version with walnuts. Nuts can be surprisingly divisive - some people absolutely love them, whereas others strongly prefer their fudge nut-free. For those that aren't fans we think it's because nuts are too often tossed in as an afterthought.
We thought it would be a huge disservice to simply toss in some walnuts, so they have been lightly toasted to perfection. The walnuts are added in just before the fudge set to maximize their flavor and consistency. While it takes more effort, the results are worth it. The additional flavor that comes from the roasted walnuts pairs beautifully with the amazingly rich chocolate, and the added texture will win over even the staunchest anti-nutters out there.
Each slice comes in a beautiful, eco friendly box and will weigh about half a pound each. The weight can vary slightly due to variations in ingredients (nuts and such). There are 8 to 12 bite sized portions in each box depending on how you cut it and be enjoyed for a very long time!
During warm-weather months the fudge will become soft during transit. If you receive fudge on a hot day, please refrigerate the entire package for a few hours before opening it. Softening does not affect consistency, shelf-life or flavor and it will return to normal. We do not ship with ice packs as it is not required for fudge. Our boxes are eco friendly so please don't hesitate to recycle.
Ingredients: Sugar, Vermont Goat Milk, Belgian Cocoa Mass, Walnuts, Natural Corn Syrup (never any high fructose), Bourbon Vanilla (world's best), Salt.
All products are produced in a facility that processes nuts and may contain traces of ALL varieties of nuts including peanuts. Our kitchen also processes fresh goat milk.
