This fudge was one of our first experimental fudges! We are constantly discussing different flavors and ideas for fudges, and just the thought of this flavor filled our heads with dreamy aromas - we knew we had to try it! Aden created this because one of his favorite things in the world is a warm spiced chai latte on a cold fall day!
The result was incredible from the beginning - our sweet, creamy, smooth fudge turned out to be the perfect backdrop for the mix of spices and flavors that go into the chai teas we both love so much. Ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom and a touch of spiciness all come together in a truly special way to make this a real treat. One of our friends who helped taste test all of fudges was apprehensive about this one and it ended up being her favorite! There is a tingle to it eating this from all the spices!
With this purchase you will receive one pound of our spiced chai goat milk fudge, produced fresh on our farm. Each slice comes in a beautiful, eco friendly box that you can scoop a piece of fudge right out of and will weigh somewhere around a pound. The weight can vary slightly due to moisture evaporation and absorption and variations in ingredients (nuts and such). There are 16 to 20 bite sized portions in each box depending on how you cut it and be enjoyed for a very long time!
During warm-weather months the fudge will become soft during transit. If you receive fudge on a hot day, please freeze the entire package for a few hours before opening it and allowing the fudge to thaw. Softening does not affect the consistency, shelf-life or flavor and it will return to normal when cool. We do not ship with ice packs as it is not required for fudge. Our boxes are eco friendly so please don't hesitate to recycle.
